So before we move further on explaining about this new place which is a newly opened restaurant in Radisson Blu Faridabad , let us brief you a little about the asian cuisine and the hotel and not to forget the chef behind this amazing restaurant called House Of Soy. A cuisine is a characteristic style of cooking practices and traditions , usually associated with a specific culture. Asia, being the largest and most populous continent, is home to many cultures, many of which have their own characteristic cuisine. Ingredients common to many cultures in the East and Southeast regions of the continent include rice, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, chilies, dried onions, soy, and tofu. Stir frying, steaming, and deep frying are common cooking methods and we love all of them. Rice , being the most common in asian food , found in different varieties in different regions & Jasmine Rice are one of the most popular dishes in this cuisine. And to cut short , the food in this cuisine is full of flavors and every single dish is unique yet delicious.

And how can one forget this living legend who is responsible for making my childhood even more memorable. I still remember those days when I used to watch his television show called Mirch Masala which was a super hit and used to be my favorite television show. So it was purely nostalgic when I met Chef Sethi and I had no words to describe my feelings. And after taking a round of the restaurant , only one word came to my mind and it was WOW. What a beautiful layout & design of this restaurant is. The overall seating is very much comfortable and the interiors and overall decor is really amazing. We started off with the Chicken Sweet Corn Soup & Veg / Non – Veg Sushi Platter and trust me the sushi platter were heavenly. And then we moved onto the dimsum part and tried Chicken & Chive Dim Sum , Vegetable Sui Mai , Prawn Hargao. Next up was the Prawn Butter Chilli Garlic , Chicken Chimquine Style. These starters were flavorful and cooked to perfection and I ordered Prawn Hargao twice just because it was kinda melt in mouth and perfectly flavored. Few minutes later , the main course was served and I had the most amazing Vegetable Thai Green Curry till date. You need to come here and taste this magical dish and you’ll know the reason why I love this dish so much. And pair it with their magical Jasmine Rice which had a very mild flavor of jasmine in it. And do not forget to try their steam fish with hot chilli bean sauce which was just out of the world. And here Coconut & Jaggery Icecream is highly recommended.
